Meet Oakley. This 4-year-old Labrador Retriever mix is the total package—sweet, social, and full of heart. Oakley has a gentle, easygoing nature and gets along wonderfully with other dogs and kids, making them a great fit for a family home or a household with canine companions. Whether it’s a game of fetch, a walk around the neighborhood, or just hanging out with the people they love, Oakley is happiest when they’re part of the action. Loyal, loving, and always ready to wag that tail, Oakley is looking for a forever home to call their own.Come meet your new best friend today—you’ll fall in love the moment you do!Please do your breed research before applying to adopt. Huskies and Husky mixes are very special dogs with unique requirements. They often have the inclination to roam and can be great escape artists. Huskies need to be active and do best with adopters that can help them burn extra energy with fun training. They can have strong prey drives, and while every dog is different, many huskies will chase cats and livestock. Grooming is also an important part of their routine, brushing them several times a week can help prevent their undercoat from matting and keep them looking their best. Huskies are a fun, active breed that many have fallen in love with over the years, but please keep their breed needs in mind when considering adding one to your household. This pet is available for adoption at the Yakima Humane-Ellensburg Shelter If you recognize this animal, please contact the adoption center at 509-925-7387 Ready to adopt?
