My story

Hi! I'm Bella! I'm a year old, and as you probably guessed, I'm a German Shepherd. Now, let’s get one misunderstanding cleared up right away - everyone looks at me and thinks police dog, but as foster mom will tell you, that’s not me at all. I would make a terrible police dog because there’s not a mean bone in my body! I’m very sweet and loving and given the chance, I'd rather be a lap dog!! I get along with other dogs and I have learned that while I like cats, they don’t always like me. I’m also great with kids; my foster mom has grand kids from 3 months to 8 years old and I love them all! They climb on me and pull my ears and I tolerate it well (don't worry, my foster mom makes them stop). As I mentioned, I'm only a year old, so I do still like to chew - if I get bored or left alone shoes are my favorite! Just give me a bone or other chew toy and I’m good. C’mon look at me! I’m beautiful, sweet and great with everyone! I like my foster home but I’m ready for my forever home with you!
