My story

Molly has been waiting for some time now for the right adopter to come along, and we would really love to see her in a home of her own soon. This pretty Shiba Inu / Husky mix with the gorgeous blue eyes is about 4 years old and weighs in at a little under 50 pounds. She’s a friendly, energetic dog, and bonds well with her people. Here is what we’re looking for in her ideal adopter: EXPERIENCE: Molly needs an experienced adopter, ideally with Husky type dogs. She is not suitable for a first-time dog owner. Children need to be dog-savvy, and at least 14 years of age. ACTIVE LIFESTYLE: Molly is a high energy dog. She loves being outdoors, and would make a great hiking or running companion. FENCED BACKYARD: A safe area for training, playing, zoomies, and that last bathroom break before bed is a must. Molly would not be suitable for apartment life, and no dog parks please. OTHER PETS: Molly would be fine as an only dog as she can be a bit “in-your-face” when meeting other canines. She might enjoy being with a playful well-rounded male dog, but definitely no cats please. All Kiko dogs have been examined by a veterinarian, vaccinated, dewormed and tested for heartworm (if deemed necessary), microchipped, sterilized, and require an adoption fee of $475 and an adoption contract.
