Tex is a male 18 mos old (26 Sep 2021) 50 lb Border Collie/Terrier mix (we know as he was born in foster care).   He is an energetic, affectionate lad that likes other dogs his size and LOVES humans. He has no aggression.    He loves toys, bones, dog beds and doggie blankets. He is crate trained. He is a great companion for an active family with a secure fence, polite/ calm children  and another dog (or only dog but with constant socializing with other dogs).  Mixed Bully breed  experience is recommended.  He is an indoor dog.  He will like walks and dog training/doggie daycare. No apartments or rentals.     L & S Dog Diggity Rescue is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 350,000 homeless pets. We save homeless and abandoned dogs and find them loving forever homes in other areas, where pet homelessness is not epidemic. All of our pets are located here, in San Antonio, and we partner with  rescues to provide transportation for our pets to their new homes. Our adoption fee includes vet care (vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchipping, etc), as well as transportation and health certificate.
