My story

Rick is a loving and energetic dog who enjoys running, playing, and snuggling on the couch. While he was housebroken and crate-trained upon arrival, he may need a refresher due to his time in the shelter. Rick has done well with other dogs, children aged 8 and older, and cats. However, he has exhibited resource guarding with food towards other dogs. To prevent conflicts, feed Rick and other pets in separate areas, ensuring each has their own space during mealtime. He also experiences anxiety during thunderstorms, seeking comfort from his people. Consistent training, positive reinforcement, and mental stimulation will help Rick thrive in his new home.
