My story

Meet Sammy! Sammy is a total character and a volunteer favorite around our office. He’s playful, loving, and incredibly sweet. One of his quirkiest favorite things? Asking you to turn on his Cat Alone app so he can have some fun chasing the digital mice! He also loves watching wildlife videos on YouTube TV — a true nature enthusiast in the making. Sammy enjoys attention and, once he trusts you, he’ll even cuddle up in your chair for some cozy company. Just a heads-up: he’s not a fan of being picked up, so he prefers to keep his paws on the ground. If you’re looking for a unique feline friend full of personality, Sammy’s your guy! Adoptions are limited to an approximately 150-mile radius from Locust Grove, GA, certain circumstances may allow exceptions.  To apply to adopt this pet, please fill out a Preliminary Adoption Application at  https://www.streetpaws.org/home/adopt   . This appli   cation does not commit you to an adoption. It is used to screen those interested to make sure the home is a good match for the pet and your family. We verify vet history on current/previous pets to ensure pets have been spayed/neutered and vaccinated annually. Please call your vet to give permission for us to call them. Our adoption fee is  $125 for all our cats. They have been given age-appropriate vaccinations, are spayed/neutered, have been feline leukemia/ feline aids tested, dewormed, have received flea prevention, and are micro-chipped.
