My story

Microchipped, DOB: Jan. 22, 2009 Don't let his resting grumpy face fool you, Ollie is a complete lovebug! He loves sitting by your side throughout the day, but never misses out on his daily nap curled up in an enclosed space. Ollie can be timid at first so it may take a couple of weeks for him to warm up to you. It's best to avoid loud noises or sudden movements as he is acclimatizing. However, once he adjusts to his new setting, Ollie soon reveals his loveable personality. Ollie’s a big boy with a small list of favourites: catnip, temptation treats, and ear/chin scratches. Ollie is the perfect, low maintenance companion who will thrive in a quiet and loving household. Ollie is vocal about what he wants but does not meow excessively. Any meows are usually just because he wants to sit in an empty cupboard (how exhilarating!). One of his favourite past times is leading nice long walking tours around the home with his favourite people following closely behind. He's known to gently snore as he naps the day away, often providing giggles to his onlookers as he does. Sweet Ollie has arthritis in his back legs and gets monthly injections of Solensia at the vet for pain management. He also requires a special diet of Purina Gastro to keep him healthy and avoid a recurrence of pancreatitis. Ollie is my first foster and I couldn't have asked for a better cat to join me in this journey. His adorable personality has filled my home with joy and laughter. I will be sad to say goodbye to him but look forward to the day he finds his furr-ever home.
