Lightning

My story

Lightning is a super sweet and talkative girl who loves attention and kisses - photos don't do her justice, she has quite a beautiful colored muted "torbie" coat. She is calm, though still playful, and quite loving. She loves playing with fuzzy cat toys and chasing feathers or worms on the wand interactively with her humans. Lightning can be really vocal when she wants your attention; she enjoys to be held and pet. What a little purring machine! She comes from a large cat family, and is the last of the litter. Lightning would do well in a home with a kind and reserved canine who is cat friendly and a family that will devote lots of time to play with her and give her lots of petting. She's exhibited fear of other cats when at the adoption center and hides a lot and doesn't eat much; due to the stress we see we feel she would be happiest if no other cats share her forever home. She enjoys gentle children, who will treat her nicely. A loud or super active household with lots of hustle and bustle may be a bit too intense for her. This one is a true gem.
