My story

Sweet, Well-mannered and FriendlyWylie is a lovable, easy-going companion. Whether he`s joining you for a leisurely walk, riding along in the car, or relaxing on the couch beside you - Wylie is just content simply being part of the family. BIO: - Labrador mix, 6.5 years old, Male (neutered)- Large (80 lbs), Medium-energy- Wylie was originally adopted from us 4 years ago. He has come back to us due to changes in his family`s circumstances and no fault of his own- Wylie is house-trained, microchipped and has his core vaccinationsABOUT WYLIE: - Wylie is a well-mannered boy who walks well on a loose leash and takes the world in stride- In the home Wylie is an affectionate and easy-going guy. He likes to watch the world go by outside, quietly looking out the front door - He enjoys car rides, being brushed and getting pets- Wylie does not like loud noises and seeks out a quiet hiding spot during loud noises such as thunderstorms or fireworks- Wylie has a condition called diabetes insipidus, but don`t let the name scare you! Managing it is easy—with one eye drop daily and Wylie enjoys life just like any other dog. The medication costs $80 a month - He has not shown any signs of resource guarding, separation anxiety or reactivity - Every now and then, this otherwise laid-back boy gets a burst of excitement and breaks into a joyful sprint that is guaranteed to make you smile!WYLIE’S IDEAL HOME:- Wylie enjoys his daily walks but is happiest with shorter outings rather than long hikes; but a few extra treats have left him with some ‘fluff’ around the middle, so longer or more frequent walks would be a good goal for him- He gets along well with other pets, if his adopter already has a dog or cat, we will arrange for a meet and greet- He has lived with children before and did well- Wylie would thrive in a home looking for a calm and comfortable place to call his own and in return he’ll provide plenty of kisses, cuddles and unconditional loveWylie. To meet him, is to love him??If you have any questions about Wylie, contact his Adoption Coordinator at: cla98.ehs@gmail.com

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Wylie, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
