PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION - LUCY BREED - Chihuahua/Westie mix SIZE - About 15 pounds AGE - 9-10 years GENDER - Female MEDICAL CONCERNS - Does not hear well BEHAVIOR CONCERNS - None known SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS - Lucy is a very sweet girl who quickly attachs to people. Though an older dog, she still has a good bit of spunk and is playful. She loves other dogs. Lucy appears to be housebroken and would be a great addition to most homes! She is spayed, microchipped, up to date with vaccines and has no know health issues. We are not sure that she hears well, however. Our adoption process starts with your email to carerescue@aol.com or Petfinder inquiry. After we receive it, we will email you our prescreening questionnaire. Your answers will help us determine that your home and lifestyle matches the needs of the dog and our adoption criteria. Once determined, we will set up a private meeting with you and the dog at a park near our private kennel just east of Richmond. After meeting the dog and determining that it matches your preferences for a pet, we will accept your application. A home visit by one of our trained volunteers is required for all adoptions, and we will speak with your vet to ensure that you are a responsible pet owner.
