My story

Born: February 21, 2018 Adoption Donation: $75 Introducing Auburn! This charming Torbie/Domestic Shorthair is on the lookout for her forever home. Auburn is a sweet, gentle, and loving kitty who may be a little shy at first, but once she warms up, she’ll be making “biscuits” in no time! She adores playing with balls and stuffed mice and is a dream at the vet and during brushing sessions. Auburn is ready to bring her special brand of love and playfulness to her forever family. All cats are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, and FeLV/FIV tested at the time of adoption. An application is required to view our adoptable pets. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present at the time of your appointment (unless your dog has had prior exposure to cats). A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family. Animal House Shelter cannot guarantee the breeds of the adoptable animals. The animals are posted on the website as the breed or breed mix based on their physical characteristics they most resemble. We also cannot guarantee the ages of our adoptable animals. We look forward to seeing you soon!
