WE REQUIRE A COMPLETED APPLICATION, 3 PERSONAL REFERENCES WHO DO NOT LIVE IN YOUR HOME, ANY BLOOD RELATION OR IN-LAWS. REFERENCES NEED TO BE SOMEONE WHO KNOWS ENOUGH ABOUT YOU TO GIVE A CHARACTER REFERENCE AND KNOW HOW YOU WOULD TREAT AN ANIMAL. WE REQUIRE A PHONE INTERVIEW AND VIRTUAL HOME VISIT IF YOU ARE NOT IN OUR AREA. EVERYTHING WE KNOW ABOUT THESE RESCUES IS LISTED HERE. IF YOU EMAIL US ASKING IF WE GOT YOUR APPLICATION, HAS IT BEEN PROCESSED, IF THE DOG IS STILL AVAILABLE OR QUESTIONS ABOUT THE DOG IN GENERAL WE WILL NOT REPLY. WE GIVE YOU ALL DETAILS HERE. AFTER 14 DAYS AND YOU HAVE NOT HEARD FROM US, YOUR APPLICATION WAS NOT CHOSEN. IT DOES NOT MEAN YOU WERE NOT APPROVED, WE HOLD THEM FOR 1 YR. IT SIMPLY MEANS WE HAVE ONE DOG AND FOUND THE BEST HOME FOR THAT RESCUE. PLEASE ALLOW US 14 DAYS FROM THE DAY YOU SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION FOR IT TO BE COMPLETED. THE MOST COMMON HOLD UP ON APPLICATIONS IS YOUR REFERENCES HAVE NO IDEA YOU'VE GIVEN THEIR NAME AND CONTACT INFO. THEY DO NOT REPLY, OR YOU HAVE GIVEN US THE INCORRECT EMAIL FOR US TO CONTACT THEM. YOU MUST BE RESPONSIBLE TO FIRST ASK YOUR REFERENCE IF YOU MAY USE THEIR NAME, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE BOTH EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER FOR US. AND CHECK THE EMAIL TO ASSURE IT'S CORRECT. WE DO NOT EMAIL YOU ASKING FOR THE CORRECT INFORMATION. EVERYONE IN THE HOME MUST BE IN AGREEMENT TO ADOPTING A RESCUE. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU NEED TO TALK A SPOUSE OR ROOMMATE INTO A NEW ADDITION TO THE FAMILY. WE DO NOT HOLD DOGS FOR YOU TO DECIDE OR TO GO AWAY. LOCATION: DURHAM, NC ADOPTION FEE: $500 Hey there folks, I’m TUCKER. I’m a male neutered LABRADOODLE. I am YELLOW, 38 lbs and UTD on all my vaccines, rabies, & microchipped. I am heartworm negative and very healthy & on my monthly preventatives. I’m only 7 months old. I’m an active little guy, so I need lots of exercise. If you want to get in the yard and let’s play, I’m your mate, and I love all the attention. All you have to do is love me, feed me and give me plenty of hugs. I am house trained. I am also crate trained. My rescue acquired my whole litter of 8, along with another Doodle litter of 5. We all get along and play together well. I don’t know about small kids, I’ve been around an 8 yr old a little but that’s all and cats, well…. what are those. My requirements are: Secure fenced yard NO KIDS under 10 Okay, get that laptop out and send that application, I’m waiting for YOU. My bag is packed and ready. Make sure to complete it entirely. Submit and it comes directly to us. Again, we hold applications for ONE year. One application for any dog we have. We do not require multiple applications.
