Meet Cedar, a sweet 4-year-old pup with a gentle demeanor! From our volunteer observations, Cedar seems to be a social butterfly, often greeting others with a wagging tail. This dainty and gentle soul appears to enjoy calm interactions, taking time to sniff and relax.
