My story

Meet Kira, also known as Athena—a stunning 3.5-year-old pup with a heart full of love just waiting to be shared. She first came to the shelter with her brother Max in November 2022 after their owner had to move, and while she was adopted soon after, she was sadly returned in May 2025 due to difficulty adjusting to other pets in her new home. Kira is housebroken, up-to-date on vaccinations, and truly sweet-natured. Though a bit shy at first, she warms up quickly and becomes a total lovebug—offering kisses in exchange for some gentle affection and body rubs.
