*Adoption visits are by appointment only** If you see an animal you`re interested in, fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website https://everettwa.gov/161/Adopt-a-PetTipper is a handsome guy with the most amazing ear toofs and gorgeous green eyes! He does take some time to adjust to new environments but once he does his favorite activities include playing with ball toys and chasing feather toys. Tipper can have opinions on when he wants to be pet, so any adopters should be cat savvy and able to read his body language. This also means that any kids in the home should be 8 years or older and able to respect his boundaries.
