My story

Valentino is a 2-year-old bundle of charm who’s quickly becoming a fan favorite—and it’s easy to see why! Now living in a foster home, this sweet and friendly boy is thriving with a little extra love and comfort. He has the cutest little face you’ve ever seen, and his personality is just as lovable. Valentino already knows “sit” and “lay down,” and he’s always eager for a little attention and affection. Whether he’s showing off his good manners or leaning in for some pets, Valentino is all about making friends and spreading joy. He can’t wait to find his forever family—someone to explore the world with, snuggle up to, and share all of life’s adventures. Could that be you? They did a polite nose-to-nose intro and then agreed to ignore each other. He’s wonderfully relaxed around cats—and they return the favor!Crate Life: Goes in and out of his crate without hesitation. It’s his decompression zone, and he uses it well. Sleeps comfortably nearby but could adjust to the crate being in another room. And he is house trained.Cuddles: Elite snuggler! After his morning potty break, he gets a 30-minute snuggle pass in bed and gives world-class spoon. Highly recommended.Smart Cookie: Extremely intelligent and eager to learn. Treat-motivated and quick with new tricks—he’ll even drop a toy mid-game for a snack without hesitation.Play Style: Loves soft, squeaky toys. His play is gentle and sweet, and while he can get the zoomies, his natural energy is soft and safe—great around kids 6+.Soul Connection: Actively seeks out closeness and eye contact. He’s going to be a deeply bonded, heart-dog companion for the right person.Valentino would love to meet any potential canine siblings!
