Theo III (in foster)

My story

Theo is a handsome pants with a goofball personality. He may come across as a little serious or unsure at first, but once you get to know him, you see the silly and affectionate sweetheart within! As he has shown in his foster home, he bonds closely with his people: once you`re in his club, you’ll be his best friend. He is cuddly at times, but also enjoys just laying next to you getting pets and scratches.While he enjoys some activity, Theo generally just makes a great hang-out buddy. You could even call him a bit of a homebody. He can do some hilarious zoomies when he`s excited, but then he`s happy to settle down and plant himself with you on the couch to catch up on your favorite show or read a book. Mostly what he cares about is just being with his people.Theo is well-mannered in the home, as he is housebroken, crate-trained, and fairly quiet. He knows multiple commands and is food-motivated and a good listener, so is quite trainable if you want him to learn more. Currently, Theo is working on his leash manners, and his ideal home would have a fenced-in yard where he can romp and play. Theo does well hanging out with the older, low-key dog in his foster home, but we believe he would enjoy having his people all to himself. He would need a home without cats.
