PENNY

My story

Penny is a super sweet German Shepherd, 5 yo, her owner passed. She walks AMAZING on leash. When we’ve been at Downtown Summerlin and kids want to pet her she’s done great. She seems to prefer dogs her size, she is a bit dog selective some she likes and some she doesn’t - matter of proper intros we think. She LOVES her foster brother and they do so well together. She’s acclimated well to her foster packs’ schedule. No separation anxiety, not destructive, doesn’t chew on stuff. She takes correction and “No” well. She’ll nudge you for head rubs 🥰 Really affectionate with people. Her foster brother loves playing fetch with the ball, so she is trying to learn - she looks awkward when she tries to fetch not quite putting it together yet but it’s really cute to watch! 😍 She loves walks, but she equally loves lounging around the house and napping. At 53 lbs. she does need to put on some weight so we have her on puppy food. She’s otherwise healthy, up to date on shots, microchipeed, and spayed.
