My story

Sierra is a playful, 7-year-old mixed breed with an infectious, puppy-like energy. Whether she’s fetching a ball, going on walks, or picking up new tricks, Sierra is always eager to bond with her family! She will need gradual, well-managed introductions to other dogs in the home, as she can be a bit selective. A meet-and-greet at the shelter and a doggy day out with any resident pups are essential before adoption. Sierra has lived peacefully with a cat for the past two years, so she’s comfortable with feline friends, but slow introductions and some space to adjust are recommended. She also has a wonderful track record with kids! However, it’s important that all children in the household meet Sierra beforehand to ensure her excitable nature is a good fit. Sierra thrives in an active home that can keep up with her high energy, offering the love, attention, and adventures she craves.
