Tawney

My story

This gorgeous girl is Tawney! She was adopted several years ago from us and is needing to be rehomed. Tawney has had several personal disputes with a neighbor dog and it was decided the best thing was to re-home. The adopters are willing to keep her for now until we find a home so she is available as a foster to adopt. Tawney is a large girl, close to 90lbs. She has had previous positive interactions with multiple other dogs and should do well with slow, proper introductions. During our trainer evaluation, she shows some fearfulness in meeting new people and will need a patient adopter and calm environment to help transition to a more confident dog. While she currently lives with a toddler, small children in a new environment may be too stressful for her so it's not recommended. She has not been exposed to cats. A fenced yard is a requirement for adoption. If interested, please fill out an ADOPTION application and we can discuss further!!
