My story

Hi, I’m Duggie! I’m a playful, cuddly, and sweet Lab/Staffordshire Terrier mix with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging! I was found hanging out at a local church, and from the very beginning, I showed just how friendly and trusting I am—I walked right up to my foster parent without hesitation.Even though I once lived as a stray, I’ve picked up on home life quickly. I’m a polite eater (a bit of a grazer) and love trying out new treats. I absolutely adore kids of all ages and get along great with cats, too! I’d love a home with another dog around my size to play with, but I’m also happy just hanging out near my people—especially if you work from home!I’m learning fast: I already know sit, stay, and come, and I walk well on a leash. I’ve got plenty of energy for playtime and walks, but I’m also totally content curling up at your feet while you work or read a book.If you’re looking for a loyal companion who’s equal parts fun and affection, I’m your guy.
