My story

Cream was a star at our pool party today. This dog LOVES water. She's a pool hog so if you have another dog, be prepared for Cream to try to monopolize the pool. Here's a special request for you all....anyone with lake property looking for a dog? That would be a dream come true for Cream! Cream is a 4 year old, 52 lb, border collie/pit mix who was left in the shelter's back run with her mom and siblings. She is very confused about what is going on and does not understand why her family is gone. Cream is a really nice dog. She is used to living in a house and appears house trained. She gets along with other animals and kids. Cream will need a patient home with people who are willing to give her the time she'll need to adjust. Basically Cream needs someone who will help to heal her broken heart. The adoption fee for dogs is $90. This fee includes spay/neuter, deworming, heartworm test, rabies & DHLPP shots, flea & tick treatment and license (for Newaygo County residents). Newaygo County Animal Shelter 78 N.
