My story

DOB: April 14, 2019, Microchipped Emma & Lilo are being fostered at one of Toronto Cat Rescue’s pet store partner locations; Pet Valu Liberty Village. Please note that if you’re approved to adopt, you’ll need to pick them up from the store within 24 hours of being approved. Emma is a sweet, playful, and curious little angel who LOVES chasing after balls and laser pointers. One of her favourite past times is chasing the laser around the room while her sister Lilo keep a close eye on her. Emma is shy at first but once she gets comfortable she too will follow around her human for pets, attention and play time. If you are sitting on the couch she loves to come up to you and stretch up on her hind legs asking for pets. Then she will flop on her side with her belly out. She is extremely close with her sister Lilo so it is important that they get adopted together as they are family. Overall, Emma is sweet and friendly and loves pets and acknowledgement from her humans that she is there. Once she gets more comfortable, she enjoys sleeping next to her human, sometimes even cuddled up in your arms if she misses you. Just like her sister, she loves joining in on the bathroom committee with her human. She is curious about the bathtub as well. She likes to sit on higher places such as cat trees so it is important to have one around as she will hang out on a counter as an alternative. Both Emma and Lilo don't seem to be a big fan of wet food. Perhaps they are still on the hunt for a brand that they enjoy. They eat hard food, and they do stay hydrated by drinking lots of water so it's key that they have fresh water accessible. They are also big fans of Churu gravy treats as well. Emma is slightly more playful than Lilo in a sense that she loves chasing after laser pointers and balls. Lilo does play but prefers feathers and soft balls. Thank you for giving two best friends a loving home together! Our adoption fee for an adult bonded pair is $125 per cat, versus our standard fee of $200 per adult cat.
