FOSTERED IN: Chicago, IL 60654 ESTIMATED DOB: 2013 COLOR/BREED: Tabby and White Shorthair / Manx KIDS: No DOGS: Unknown CATS: No HISTORY: Bunny came to us from a rural underserved area. ABOUT: Bunny’s foster family describes her as: Chatty, Affectionate, Cuddly, Sweet, and Spicy. Bunny is very affectionate, without being needy. Bunny has excellent communication skills, and will follow you around and inform you of her need for pets. She can hold her own when you aren’t at home. When you are home and you are sitting down, Bunny will likely be nearby…and by near, we mean probably sitting on you. Bunny is a character and has a personality a true cat lover will enjoy. Her foster said she is 90% sweet, and 10% spicy. Bunny can occasionally get overstimulated with too much play or attention causing her to swat or nibble at you to tell you she is done. Bunny is very flexible on where she likes to nap, sometimes she’ll curl up ON you for a nap, and other times she likes to go under the bed for a snooze by herself, but she’ll almost certainly join you in bed at bedtime. Bunny is 10 years old but she has not hung up her sports equipment - when she’s feeling athletic she enjoys playing with wand toys and jingle balls. (She has asked if all adopters can provide proof of jingle balls before adoption.) Bunny is a low-maintenance girl when it comes to meal times as she prefers hard food. She does have a soft spot for Churu tubes and tuna as special treats. Bunny will do best in an adult-only home as she can get overstimulated with petting and play at times. Bunny has seen another cat in her foster home and didn’t seem especially pleased, so will do best as an only cat. We do not have any information on how Bunny would do with dogs. Bunny has been a champ getting in her carrier if she needs to go somewhere. If she thinks it’s coming she will try to hide, but she doesn’t fight the inevitable and has even been spotted taking a nap in her carrier on the drive. She has even traveled with her fosters a few times and has done really well in each environment. Bunny enjoys gentle face scritches. https://youtu.be/rsvTbbYCV9Y Bunny’s foster finds the spot: https://youtube.com/shorts/VzLiQ5In79Y Bunny makes some biscuits while she gets some pets: https://youtu.be/xZP8iut8thc
