✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to Seattle💟 Meet Kkotbun❤️ 💙 Kkotbun's News Account: @kkotbun2_ 1. Health Condition * Spayed. * Microchipped, and fully recovered from heartworm. * Missing a lower tooth and has a broken lower right canine, but she eats just fine! 2. Rescue Story * In the fall of 2022, Kkotbun arrived at the Gimje City Shelter with her five puppies. She had given birth and cared for them all on her own, and despite how tough that must’ve been, she raised them into chubby, healthy little pups. All of her babies have since been adopted—now it’s Kkotbun’s turn to find a forever home. 💛 3. Basic Information * With People: Is a bit timid and needs time to warm up to new people. Won’t run away when approached but may act cautious at first. Once being accustomed, she shows affection and likes to be held. Recently, she’s become comfortable with strangers very quickly, and has started sleeping with people in bed and walking outside. * With Dogs: Is generally indifferent to other dogs. Has recently met other dogs on walks and watched them in silence, showing curiosity sniffing her nose. * With Cats: Hasn’t met any cats yet, so it is impossible to predict her reaction. * Separation Anxiety: Is independent and does well on her own when her foster parent is out. If someone else is home, she usually naps or lounges on the bed. * Potty Training: Pees on artificial grass at home, but tends to poop outdoors. * Hygiene: Is okay with baths but gets nervous if cornered or taken into a bathroom. Has become better at being held and stays in your arms even after a bath. Is not a fan of brushing but tolerates it, though she’s scared of nail trimming and has occasionally pooped from fear. Is not yet used to tooth brushing, but if you gently hold her face, she lets you do it! * Walks: Used to be scared of leashes, but with steady training, she’s now comfortable wearing a slip leash. Is still sensitive to leash tension—if it pulls, she can freeze and tremble. Knows when it’s time for a walk and wags her tail in excitement. Enjoys sniffing on walks. Has succeeded in going for walks further away from home and has visited a dog cafe. Has shown a little bit of curiosity towards people during walks. * Car Rides: Drools and becomes nervous on 10-minute car rides. * Hasn’t barked at all,l except for when she first arrived at her new home. * Loves her kennel and feels safe resting inside. * Is easily startled by sudden noises. Doesn’t particularly like being picked up but has become better with training.
