My story

CHEWBIE is a darling boy! Two years of age and approximately 7lbs. He is a purebred Yorkshire Terrier registered with America’s Pet Registry Inc. CHEWBIE is shy meeting people, and it may take him a bit to warm up and get comfortable with you, but when he does, he is the biggest little cuddle bug ever! He will be plenty happy sitting on your lap getting loves and kisses all day! He’s small enough to carry with you all day as well and is the perfect little ‘purse dog’ too. CHEWBIE does enjoy his leash walks and has the cutest little trot as his tiny legs go quick to keep up! Don’t let his size fool you though, this guy likes to go for a couple of walks everyday. When he’s not on your lap seeking attention, he happily will chew on his benebones. He knows his name and comes when called… especially if you have cheese! (His favorite treat) If you don’t actually see him bark you may think a bird flew in your house, because he chirps like a bird when he barks for you! CHEWBIE is housetrained and crate trained. But truth be told…he much prefers to sleep in bed with you! CHEWBIE is good with other dogs but does like smaller dogs best. His ‘terrier’ comes out around cats and birds, so no cats or birds in his forever home. Because of his size he is very fragile and since he is shy and will hide when scared or overwhelmed, CHEWBIE is not suitable for young children. He will do best in a home with no kids under 13 yrs of age. Chewbie requires a home with a secured attached yard. CHEWBIE has had a current health examination, vaccinations, neutered, microchipped, flea and deworming treatment. Please call or email for further information and adoption fee.
