Toby

My story

This super cute little guy is Toby. He's about a year old and weighs 32 lbs. He maybe a beagle/aussie mix but without a DNA test that's just a guess. Toby is a sweet, friendly, happy dog. He really likes kids and would probably be ok with another dog but remember if you already have a dog in your home the staff suggests that you bring him/her with you for a meet and greet. Toby's favorite thing in the world is ducks....and that's not in a good way. If you have free range ducks or chickens you can not adopt Toby. He will kill them and it makes him happy so don't even think you can get him to stop. (There are other dogs at the shelter who may leave your free range fowl alone.) Toby is a great dog and some bird free family is going to be very lucky to get him! The adoption fee for dogs is $90. This fee includes spay/neuter, deworming, heartworm test, rabies & DHLPP shots, flea & tick treatment and license (for Newaygo County residents). Newaygo County Animal Shelter 78 N.
