My story

I was lost but now I`m so happy I was found! My name is Johnny and I was found by the side of a road in Hastings, all by myself. The folks at Animal Ark knew I needed help so here I am, as my owner was never found. I`m a friendly, 2 year old, male Lab/Boxer mix. I`m a big boy and weigh in at 85 pounds! I was scared when I first arrived because Shelter life is new to me, but the staff has done a great job of bringing me out of my shell. I love to try to get in their laps! Obviously, no one knows how I would get along with other animals or children, but I sure do like people! I`m hoping that someone will find it in their heart to give me another chance at finding just the right place to call home.
