My story

KikiSometimes, a girl has to have something that comforts her and keeps her feeling at ease. I happen to enjoy sucking my paw. I`ve included a video where you can hear how much I love this. I am an 8-year-old, lovely grey and buff Tabby girl. My story began as a stray newborn kitten brought to the HSHC. I was adopted and lived with my family for six years. But we moved many times; the last move was to a much bigger place, and a stranger joined the household. I also had to share the humans with three other cats. Add a UTI to my situation, and I was riddled with anxiety. I was returned to the HSHC on August 12. I was given medicine to help me relax, and life greatly improved! Once again, I was adopted and lived with my family for one and a half years. Six months into my time there, a younger, playful cat moved in, and I did not enjoy her antics. Though I hissed and swatted at her, she did not catch my drift. It was so frustrating. At my age, I have few requests. I love cuddling with my people; I am a social butterfly and will readily visit new folks and rub on them. I have the gift of gab and will talk your ear off. Laser pointers and string toys really float my boat. However, I am not jazzed about becoming BFFs with other four-legged creatures. I will need a lengthy period in which to acclimate to any existing pets. The HSHC will give you plenty of information about successfully transitioning me to your home and any pets you might have. The interviewer lady (IL) and I hit it off right away, and she thought I was a terrific kitty. Please consider offering me a permanent home--I need an address where I can send my Amazon purchases! 6-22-25
