My story

✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to Vancouver & Toronto💟 Meet Kuku🧡 💙 Update Account: @_adogs_ 1⃣ Health Status • Neutered • Other: Microchipped 2⃣ Rescue Story * Kuku is one of the puppies born to #ADogsDanpoong. During a freezing winter, Danpoong gave birth to five puppies at a shelter but was soon diagnosed with mange. ADogs urgently rescued the family. All the siblings were adopted, and now only Kuku and his mom are still waiting for their forever homes. 3⃣ Personality and Behavior • With People: Kuku loves people and greets familiar ones with kisses! However, he’s frightened by quick movements or unfamiliar people—he may bark and avoid treats. He also barks at guests and hides in another room. With a slow and gentle approach, he opens up quickly. • With Dogs: He’s indifferent to dogs who don’t engage but will approach friendly ones. He can get overly excited with new dogs, so introductions should be monitored. • With Cats: Calm around still cats and gently sniffs them, but he may try to chase if they run. He could react defensively to aggressive cats, so supervision is necessary. • Separation Anxiety: None. He plays or naps peacefully when alone. • Potty Training: Prefers outdoor potty but is 100% reliable using indoor pee pads too. • Grooming: Doesn’t enjoy baths but tolerates them well. He’s afraid of nail trimming and may nip, so walks are used to keep nails short. He’s very good with brushing and toothbrushing. • Walking & Leash Training: Walks on a double leash. Tends to pull when excited by dogs, birds, or cats—currently in training to reduce leash reactivity. • Car Rides: Experiences motion sickness after about 15 minutes. It’s best to avoid feeding him right before car rides. 4⃣ Special Notes • Kuku is a smart pup who knows “Sit,” “Left Paw,” “Right Paw,” “Lie Down,” “Nose,” and “V-sign”! • He’s learning recall and generally responds well unless startled. • He may growl if someone tries to take his favorite treat due to food guarding. • Shows defensive nipping when approached too quickly by strangers. • Expresses discomfort by baring teeth if picked up or touched against his will. • May bark when startled by loud or unfamiliar noises but calms down quickly. • A bit shy but also curious—once trust is built, he becomes affectionate and cuddly.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Kuku, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
