Nikki

My story

Nikki is an amazing dog, she is so smart, loving and just absolutely adorable. She is currently in training to help with her reactivity towards strangers/visitors and is doing very good. Did we mention Nikki is uber smart? She knows Sit, Stay, Come, Shake, Down/Lay Down, Roll over....she will do just about anything for a treat. She is kennel trained, and walks great on a leash, but we tend to stay away from big crowds. We dont know if she is little kid friendly, but older kids that respect her space should be fine. Nikki loves high pitch baby talk. When meeting her for the first time it's best to act like you've been old friends and hand her a treat or two....or three! Her absolutely favorite game is Fetch. We have taught her to "Bring it" and "Drop It" because she has a hard time letting go of the ball. Nikki loves "Bye Bye" in the car. She rides perfect in the back seat. Nikki isn't an up in your face giving slobbery kisses kind of dog, however she loves to cuddle on the couch. She isn't a fan of thunderstorms, and will try and hide in a closet or under a bed. Like most dogs she's not a fan of vacuum cleaners, but does keep her distance when in use. She would do best in a home as an only dog with low traffic. Nikki doesn't need to be crated, but will need a safe space when having visitors she doesn't know.
