My story

Meet Kelly!Kelly is almost a year old who is very lucky to have been found by Good Samaritans along the side of the road in Kelly's Ford. She was emaciated and had an extremely tight paper collar around her neck that was literally strangling her and preventing her from eating. She was dirty and infested with fleas.We are guessing that Kelly was somehow lost after a spay/neuter run (she has a tipped ear, meaning that she was spayed and vetted); however, after checking with local rescues, no one has lost a kitten. Kelly came into our care and we see what a sweet girl she is.Kelly is all white with gray and is happy to be inside and cared for. She is a member of the Clean Plate Award Club and loves to look at the world outside and be petted and loved on. She gets along great with other cats, but tends to want to spend time by herself (or with her human) in a quiet area. She is very comfortable watching her friends from a quiet climber. Her purrfect home woild be a quiet, low activity home with either no children or children over the age of 13 years old.She is ready to go home with an approved application now. She is spayed, had her vaccines, tested negative for Feline Leukemia and FIV, and is microchipped with a lifetime registration.
