My story

Rascal is a sweet and sensitive soul who dearly loves the people he knows best. While he may be a bit shy towards new people and things, once you're in, you're in! After a few months in his foster home, Rascal has learned that home is a safe place filled with treats and trustworthy people. He loves the company of his doggie friends and their presence helps him to feel more confident. Rascal's personality shines brightest in the morning. You've not met such a cheerful morning dog! As soon as Rascal knows you're awake, he'll rush over to get his morning pettings, and will stay patiently and affectionately by your side for as long as you're willing to pet him. For a dog who struggles with a fair bit of fear of the world, seeing him blossom into this sweet morning personality has been so rewarding. Rascal would thrive in a low-traffic home with other dog friends for companionship. He's house trained and non-destructive, preferring to hang out in his bed during the day.
