My story

ABOUT THIS ANIMAL: They say some dogs choose their people and with Anabelle that is definitely the case. If you're lucky enough (and patient enough) you will soon have a friend for life. This girl loves her people with all her heart and we wouldn't want her any other way. Anabelle is originally from Puerto Rico. Her owners left the island and didn't take Anabelle with them. Anabelle is a very sweet girl who takes time to warm up to people, but once she gets to know you she is very cuddly and loves to be by your side. She would like someone who will take it slow and let her warm up at her pace. Anabelle would be a loyal companion for the right home. She enjoys walks and is well behaved on a leash and even likes to check in with you to make sure she is doing a good job. She LOVES to give kisses and would love a home where she can soak up all the love. Anabelle has been at the Farm for over a year now and she wants a place to call her own. She loves to run around the fields and get all her zoomies out. When she's in a quiet environment, she settles quickly and can be very affectionate. KNOWN WITH DOGS: Anabelle does well with dogs but needs a slow introduction. She can be dog selective but does well with a proper introduction. Anabelle plays best with dogs that know how to take breaks so she doesn't gets over stimulated. KNOWN WITH CATS: Anabelle is cat friendly, and has done well meeting cats. KNOWN WITH KIDS: A home without children is recommended. KNOWN CUES: Anabelle knows Sit, down, look, stay, come, and shake and she is working on Place, spin, and Leave It KNOWN HOUSEBREAKING AND/OR CRATING: Anabelle is house and crate trained. KNOWN LIKES: Playtime with dogs, cuddles, and affection KNOWN DISLIKES: Loud kennel environment, dogs that don't have manners ___________________________________ Anabelle is being virtually fostered by Union Veterinary Clinic.
