ADOPTION PROTOCOL: No Meet & Greets without the following…We require an application which must be processed and approved in a timely manner (we can text or email the Application Link).  We now require  a  Vet Reference, and may require a home visit as well. The above is required prior to Adoption. Now all adoptions will only be for Local Residents.  We reserve the right to refuse any adopter for any reason.   Panda is affectionate once he trusts you. Is curious, not afraid of my mellow small dog. Panda (DOB ~11/28/19) is a bobtail by necessity. He was thrown out at a feral cat colony under a bridge to fend for himself as a baby and some creature mutilated his tail. The tail was amputated. He is a sweet boy, loves to be petted, playful and would love a house with plenty of room to run and play, and maybe another kitty to snuggle with. Tested, neutered, shots, microchip.
