Look at this handsome guy! Say hello to Chip, one of the survivors saved from a dog meat truck headed to the Yulin Dog Festival on 6.19.17. Chip is looking for a forever loving family to give him the love, kindness and life he so deserves! We want nothing more than to give these dogs the loving home they deserve.
