My story

HI! My name is Elsa, and I am a 3yr old female Boxer/German Shepherd mix. I was surrendered into good hands; however, my current foster family can only take me on for a little while. Let me tell you a little bit about me. I am protective over my yummy food, so it is best to feed me in my crate. Oh, my crate! I currently do not love my crate, but I am a good girl in it. Let me bark for a while, make my voice heard, and then I'll calm down.. eventually. I have loved everyone I have met, but I do need to meet men slowly. I was scared of my foster dad at first, but now he is my best friend. I like other dogs, but I do not like when they run at me when I am first meeting them! A slower introduction is best for me. I am house trained; however, my stress response is to have accidents inside the house. I will need patients when adjusting to a new home. I am an incredibly loyal, intelligent, girl. I am a big lover of treats, sleep, cuddles, fuzzy blankets, routine, women and children.
