My story

Meet Henderson, a nearly 4-year-old Shepherd mix whose courage has rescued him from a dire fate in a high-kill shelter in Georgia. Big Dog Ranch Rescue saw his unyielding spirit and stepped in just in time. Henderson thrives as the only pet; he's choosy about his canine friends and, although he once lived peacefully with cats, it's best he isn't homed with them currently. He walks elegantly on a leash and adores water, reveling in each splashy adventure. Henderson seeks a forever home where he can be the center of attention and avoid regular run-ins with other local dogs. An expansive yard for frolicking would be perfect.
