Pellets: 1/4 cup Oxbow Essentials Adult Rabbit pellets (AM) Hay: Unlimited mixed hay (All day) Salad: 1 cup spring mix, romaine lettuce, cilantro, parsley (PM) Meet Otto, the resilient little lop with a heart of gold! Despite experiencing two owner relinquishments in his short life, Otto hasn't lost his adorable charm or his zest for life. This active bun loves nothing more than lounging and splooting in his pen, basking in the simple pleasures of rabbit life. While he may leave a stray poop or two outside his litterbox, Otto is a quick learner and overall quite tidy. His insatiable curiosity often finds him standing on his hind legs, eagerly surveying his surroundings with wide-eyed wonder. With his food-motivated personality, watching him binky in excitement is a guaranteed delight! Now, Otto is on the lookout for his forever home - a place that has patience and love, and where he can thrive in a nurturing environment. If you're ready to welcome this adorable and resilient bunny into your life, Otto is eagerly waiting for a forever home! Neutered: Prior to surrender Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease Virus (RHDV) is a highly contagious and deadly disease caused by a calicivirus that affects both wild and domestic rabbits. It is not contagious to people or other animals. For the first time, the virus is causing deaths in rabbits and hares native to North America and is spreading rapidly. UPDATE: In May 2021, California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) has confirmed new cases of RHDV in rabbits in Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego and Ventura County. In addition to detection of RHDV2 in wild cottontail rabbits and jackrabbits, RHDV2 has been confirmed in domestic rabbits on 50 premises, including a detection in a feral domestic rabbit.
