He was found as a stray with his wife and children. We were asked if we could help them all find new forever families and we couldn’t say no! Declan is a happy guy that loves everyone. He loves to run outside, play with toys and will take as many treats as possible. He is just a go with the flow kind of fellow. He loves soft, squishy beds and blankies, cuddling on the couch and watching Hallmark movies on rainy Saturdays! Declan is housebroken, crate trained and has wonderful house manners. He will need a home that understands he will need time and consistency to adjust to his new home. If that smile, coloring and happy go lucky personality is what grabs you, put an app in today! Your vet may require more vaccines and a Lyme vaccine. Your pets must be current on vaccines. Heartworm: Heartworm treated and currently on prevention. Your pets must be on Heartworm prevention. Microchipped: Yes FOSTER EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATION: Dogs: Yes, fostering with other dogs of various sizes, genders and breeds Cats: Unknown Other Small Animals: Unknown Children: Yes, has met middle age children and has done well. He has not been tested with infants or toddlers, he should be fine with some supervision because he doesn’t realize how big he is. ADOPTION INFORMATION: We are a foster-based animal rescue and we thank you for your interest in one of our animals. Our fosters and adoption coordinators are the backbone of what we do. Our fosters work tirelessly to integrate our rescue animals into their home, so that we can provide as much information to potential adopters as possible. In addition, our coordinators offer as much information regarding the medical and behavioral and personality characteristics as is known to our organization. Without them, and our extremely generous donors, we would not be able to save as many animals as we do every day. With each adoption, we operate a Pay It Forward program, whenever possible, to help other animals in our rescue and future animals in need.
