He's a shy boy who needs a calm, patient adopter to help him build his confidence. Once he trusts you, Todd's loyalty knows no bounds, as he forms strong attachments to his caregivers. We know he will be a good boy if just given a chance. He's up-to-date on all his vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered, making him ready to join your family.
