You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. ADOPTION PROCESS Before 2nd Chance Dog Rescue places a dog in his/her furever home, the potential adopter is required to fill out an Adoption Consultation Application.  Once we have reviewed your application we will contact you to arrange a meet and greet and home check.  2nd Chance Dog Rescue will only adopt to families living in the Queen Creek, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, San Tan Valley, and Phoenix area - as long as it is within 50 miles of our rescue (Queen Creek).   If you are ready to meet one of our amazing dogs CLICK ON THIS LINK TO FILL OUT OUR ADOPTION CONSULTATION FORM Meet Midnight: The Ageless Sweetheart! She’s a leash-walking pro, loves splashing around in the kiddie pool, and is completely potty trained, even using the dog door like a champ. Midnight knows how to sit and takes her treats gently, always riding smoothly in the car. This amazing senior girl deserves to spend her golden years in a loving home where she can shower you with kisses and snuggles.
