My story

Up next, our friend Luca got to meet Santa. Luca is a 3-year-old neutered male dog with lots of love to give who is looking for his forever home! He's a friendly, funny pooch with a very energetic personality who loves playing. He does best with only hard dog toys when playing, as he tends to shred stuffies and rope toys. Although he can be shy around new people, he is a sweet and cuddly guy once he warms up to you, especially if you have treats! Luca does well with being house-trained but may need a little refresher. He is a super smart dog who knows the "sit" command and has been working on learning the stay command. Luca can be selective about his canine companions, so he would need to meet any he would be living with. He's not a fan of small children; they tend to scare him. He would likely do well with older kids; he would prefer to meet them before going home with them. Luca will be a loyal and fun companion with the right owner who can give him time to warm up and feel comfortable.
