Sparky gets along wonderfully with kids, adults, and other dogs, radiating affection wherever he goes. He absolutely loves to be held and cuddled; he is the definition of a lap dog! His favorite pastimes include play sessions and snuggling, especially with his senior foster sibling. Sparky has established some excellent habits – he is crate-trained and making great strides in leash training.
