Second Chances: Apollo’s journey back to love!Apollo is a charming, ginger cat with a heart full of resilience and a spirit yearning for love. Once a lost soul in a local colony, his journey took a positive turn when he was rescued by a compassionate individual who saw his potential for a brighter future. It is believed that Apollo may have been a cherished house cat at some point, only to be callously abandoned to fend for himself in the unforgiving outdoors. Unfortunately, after being adopted Apollo was returned to EHS due to stressed-induced cystitis, a condition that may have arisen from his family’s frequent travel. Despite this setback, Apollo remains hopeful and ready to find a loving forever home.ABOUT APOLLO:- In foster- Adult, domestic longhair, male- Apollo is a strikingly beautiful cat whose appearance is matched only by his serene demeanor.- Apollo is a timid cat who takes time to warm up to new situations and new people to reveal his affectionate side.- He loves head scratches.- Apollo is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and is up to date on core vaccinations.APOLLO’S IDEAL HOME:- Although Apollo has a deep love for other cats, and he adores their companionship, due to his condition, it is essential to monitor his litterbox output, which means he cannot live with another cat.- A home with young children may not be the best match for Apollo, and we are not sure how he will do in a home with other pets or dogs.- He is ideally suited for a home where someone is around most of the time.- He will do best in a loving environment filled with people who can shower him with affection.- Potential adopters should be prepared to commit the time, effort, and patience required to help Apollo settle into his new home.Give Apollo the loving home he deserves and create a lifetime of happiness and cherished memories by adopting him today!If you have any questions about Apollo or the adoption process, please contact cats@etobicokehumanesociety.com
