My story

Meet Steve! 🐾 Steve has been with us since December 12, 2023, and this handsome 50-pound boy is ready to find his perfect match! He’s a fun-loving, energetic pup who enjoys playing one-on-one with his person; tag, tug of war, fetch (he’ll let you do the “bring it back” part), and pool time on hot days are some of his favorite activities. Smart and eager to learn, Steve is picking up new tricks like sit, stay, and his favorite is speak! He’s also potty trained, walks well on a leash, and is non-reactive when passing other animals on walks. After playtime, he’s happiest snuggled up on the couch for some cuddle time with his person. Steve would thrive as the only pet in a home where someone is around most of the time to keep him company. He’s a loyal companion who just wants to be by your side and part of your day. If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate best friend who will keep you smiling and fill your home with love, Steve may be your guy!
