Meet Whitney – A Gentle Soul Waiting for Her Forever Home Whitney is a stunning black beauty with soulful eyes and a heart full of quiet love. At 3.5 years old, she has spent over two years in our care, waiting patiently for someone to see the gentle, affectionate spirit she truly is. Whitney came to us from a local shelter, a devoted young mother with four tiny newborns. She raised them with love and care—and now, she deserves a peaceful, loving home of her own. This sweet girl adores attention and will happily settle into your lap for snuggles and companionship. She’s laid-back, gentle, and finds joy in the simple things: a soft toy, a warm sunny window, or just being near her person. Whitney does have a few special needs—she requires prescription food that costs around $50 a month. She also prefers to be the only cat in the home and is not a fan of loud or crowded environments (including adoption events). But for the right person, she will be a loyal and loving companion. Whitney is indoor only, and declawing is strictly prohibited by contract. She’s not asking for much—just a soft place to land, a window to watch the world, and someone to love her back.
