[The Lycoming County SPCA does not “cat test” dogs per the Association of Shelter Veterinarian’s Guidelines for Standards of Care in Animal Shelters.]---Condensed Staff Assessment Notes: Dash is an energetic and playful dog who loves active play and greets people with enthusiasm, sometimes jumping. He interacts well with other dogs initially but can become overly excited during play. He enjoys tug-of-war and likes rope toys and tennis balls, showing little interest in plush or squeaky toys.
