Hello, my name is Tater, and I am a spirited and affectionate mix looking for a special home that can provide the understanding and patience I need. I have had my share of challenges in life, and I come with a history that includes some bite incidents. These moments stem from anxiety and fear, often triggered by overwhelming situations or when I feel cornered. But don't let that discourage you! With the right environment and guidance, I have so much love to give, and I am ready to learn how to navigate the world with a human by my side. I thrive in calm environments and do best with experienced dog parents who can help me feel secure. I am a quick learner and respond well to positive reinforcement; with the right training and socialization, I know I can become the well- mannered companion you've been looking for. As your sidekick, I promise to offer endless loyalty and joy, bursting with playful energy and affection for those I trust. I love children and my foster brother Zeke, we’re besties. I have so much potential, and I believe that with love, patience, and understanding, I can overcome my past and achieve a bright future.
