Sarge 15 years old, blind

My story

Sarge's owner went to jail and so Sarge did too at Animal Control. We then bailed him out. He is 15 years old, totally blind and one of his eye's is painful, so it was removed. He recently got all his rotten teeth extracted and he was neutered. Please help him!
